A casino hotel guide that starts with the room

Karma Casa was built for travellers who enjoy a night at the tables but care just as much about where they wake up the next morning.

Why we started

Most casino coverage is written about gambling. Most hotel coverage skips the casino entirely. We wanted a guide that treats a casino hotel as what it really is: a place to stay that happens to have a gaming floor attached.

So we review both halves. We look at rooms, service, food and wellness with the same care we give to table limits, poker rooms and how the floor feels at two in the morning.

We are a small, independent team. We don’t take bookings, we don’t run a casino and we don’t accept payment from hotels in exchange for coverage.

What we promise

Three rules shape every review we publish.

Honest about the stay

We describe rooms and service as they are, including the parts that disappoint. A famous name doesn’t earn a free pass.

Independent, always

No hotel or casino pays to appear on Karma Casa or to change what we say about it. Corrections are welcome; payment isn’t.

Play kept in proportion

We cover gaming as entertainment, never as a way to make money, and every page points to help for anyone who needs it.

How a review comes together

Each review combines our own research with public information from the hotel, its operator and local gaming regulators. We check opening years, room counts, entry ages and addresses against official sources before publishing, and we revisit pages when hotels renovate or change their rules.

Our photography is illustrative. We use licensed images from Pexels to show the feel of a stay, rather than official photos of each property. For exact room layouts and views, the hotel’s own website is always the best reference.

Spotted something out of date?

Hotels change quickly. If you notice a detail that’s wrong, or you work at a property we cover, get in touch and we’ll look into it.
